NHaler™ cannot be held responsible for any orders that are lost or damaged due to USPS errors. If you are concerned that your order may be lost or damaged during shipment, please purchase the Insurance Shipping Option product.
We also cannot be held responsible for any international orders that are held in customs or items that are shipped with anything other than Express mail.
Due to USPS recent policy change, International tracking is unavailable on all packages except Express Mail. We cannot provide valid tracking on International shipments that are not shipped Express Mail. All international orders will be charged a $30 surcharge due to recent increase in prices by USPS. This surcharge does not include additional normal shipping charges.
